One of the most successful parrilla restaurants in Buenos Aires, created by Gastón Riveira, came to Mendoza last April. The distinctive concept is now available in several different locations across the country and overseas, in this case the Hualta Winery Hotel.

The idea is for “people to feel at home in an elegant, relaxed environment,” with a la carte service in which diners can choose between different beef, pork and chicken dishes as well as a variety of appetisers and desserts. Most of the beef comes from Buenos Aires and is Angus certified, although more local suppliers are being incorporated.

Although the stars are Huentala wines, which are also served by the glass, there is also a varied selection from wineries across the country.
